Starting Off
It was a very early morning. 4:30 AM. We got up much much earlier than the usual working day. Outside was still dark. I think our grandpa sun was still on his bed too. I had to turn on the light in front of my bike so that I could see my way clearly.

Buy one and get one free
Internet is really such a good tool that I can do everything at home only by clicking the mouse. In the thanksgiving dinner , everyone responds for one dish. As for me, I don't cook. OK! I CAN"T cook actually!! So buying food is absolutely the conveninet and easy way for me. What to buy?? OH~~~That's a brainstorming question. I'm the one who always lack of creativity.
Uh...Uh.........PIZZA jsut poped in to my mind. However, where to buy?? Check the internet, of course.
WoooW... I come to know that I can make an order on the internet and take my pizzas at my scheduled time.
How cool is it!!! The most cool is that I can buy one and get another one for free!! Of course buy a big one and get another big one either. So I don't have to call and don't have to wait , I can have my ordered pizzas immediately.
Now I look forward to the thanksgiving dinner. I can image that there will be lots of food including one roasted turkey and my four big pizzas and cola certainly. Thinking of these makes my mouth full with "water" now!

Cool design !!
This weekend I went to Tainan to accompany little Rosemary. I felt she's better than she uesd to be in Thursday when I saw her last time. You know I visit her sooooo many time that how could I never been to the Eslite Tainan which is just the downstairs of their building. After some rest followed by my arrival, we spent some time hanging around the shopping zone of Eslite Tainan.

偶~~~現在在上班!!
四期的眼科、牙科藥局晚上果然閒的可以抓跳蚤相咬！

就知道多神奇的閒了吧！
就是因為太閒了，
邊磨粉的時候腦袋瓜兒裡忽然想到前天發生的有趣的事，
話說在前台發藥的時候，
有個一看就是老外的男子，
很認真的在研究手上的領藥單，
講中年男子好像在講怪叔叔之類的人喔！
其實他看起來就像個和藹可親的阿公啦！
然後我們正在講電話的客服組長，瀅璇，
就對我揮揮手，
示意要我去協助那位似乎看不懂領藥單的老外阿公，
ok！！
深深的吸了一口氣，
做好心理準備要用英文來接招了！！
我走上前去，老外阿公也朝著我走過來，
然後他說：「掐悶，修費低叨威？」
噹～～～
收費在哪裡嗎？！
「喔～～低襪咖ㄏㄧㄚ」

我們是在辯論嗎?!?
今天遇到一位諮詢的病人,
覺得他很有sense,是因為他的推論把我考倒了;
可似乎又不是那麼一回事,因為他好像又聽不太懂我給他的解釋。
這位伯伯拿著natrilix進來問我這是什麼藥,
我很輕鬆泰然的回答他這是利尿劑,
就一如往常我回答其他病人,然後病人就會滿意的離開一樣;
但他接著問:[為什麼醫生要開利尿劑給我吃?]
me心理的OS:[OK啦!handle的住!哈哈...]
我回答:[把水排出,有輔助降血壓的效果]
通常到這裡,其他病人真的就會滿意的離開諮詢室...
而伯伯接著說:[為什麼把水排出來會降血壓??]
很好,我猶豫了一下,我說:[好!我查清楚後跟你說!!]
然後我就開始認真的看CCIS裡,
Indapamide的mechanism of action,
研究了一陣子,我發揮我臨場翻譯的能力
I said:[喔~~~在降血壓的部份,是因為它會降低周邊血管的阻力]
我很用力的用台與跟他說明!!真的...
[在利尿的部份,它會讓腎臟多排出水份跟電解質]
嘻嘻
得意貌!! 該結束諮詢了吧!!OH~YA~
伯伯說:[你說腎臟會排水出去],
我說:[對!血液的水會被排出去,血液的總容積會變少]
我會這樣說的原因是CCIS上寫著decrease blood volume!
伯伯說;[血液裡的水變少了,那黏稠度不就變高,不就容易塞住嗎?]
ㄜ... ...
似乎是這樣沒錯.... .....
然後我就開始硬掰了,[這個藥會降低血管阻力嘛!!所以降血壓呀!!!]
伯伯堅持著他的論點......
最後我心虛的跟伯伯說:[你是在跟我辯論嗎?!?]
[呵呵...]伯伯笑了笑,[我怎麼敢跟你辯論,沒關係,就這樣就這樣]
然後,就走了....
好遜喔!!!!!!!
坐著越想越不對!!!
我決定去把這個問題搞清楚,
然後打電話給他跟他講明白!!!!
電話通了,我表明我的身分,
電話的那頭,原本防衛心很重的伯伯說
[喔~~~你是那個藥師,什麼李玲玲的...]
阿唷~~~好恐怖喔!
原來真的有人會注意名牌(名字的牌子 XD )耶
我說:[對對對!!就是我說的血液容積變少,減少的不只是水分,我說錯了!反正總容積會變少,同樣管徑的血管,血的量變少了,壓力自然就小,所以可以降血壓]
[至於利尿,腎臟會多排水跟電解質沒錯,查過資料,並沒有特別需要補充的飲食,正常吃喝就可以,但是如果你是第一次拿這個藥,自己要多留心有沒有異常的情形發生,有的話歡迎打電話諮詢]
然後,或許伯伯感受到我的誠意,
他開始跟我說他之前是吃concor5,
後來因為心跳變太慢,醫生才給他換藥... ... ...
嘻... ...
掛了電話後,我整個心情大好~~~
或許諮詢並沒有那麼討厭,
或許承認自己錯誤,承認自己很虛並不可恥,
很感謝這個有十萬個為什麼的伯伯,
他的刺激讓我思考,也讓我成長
忽然覺得自己沒有那麼像江湖術士了說~~~哈哈~~~
